And 

B.     Purchase a property with a minimum value of € 300,000 or if situated in Gozo or the South of Malta with a minimum investment of € 350,000 Or lease of residential property with a minimum annual rental value of € 10,000 or if situated in Gozo or the South of Malta will be € 12,000. 

C.     A non-refundable government contribution of €28,000 if purchasing a property and €58,000 if renting a property.

D.    Non-refundable administrative fee of €40,000. The additional contribution of €7,500 is payable for every parent or grandparent of the main applicant or spouse. The main applicant must donate a minimum financial contribution of €2,000 to a local philanthropic or animal welfare NGO.
